Nuclear Energy Institute’s (NEI’s) Advanced Reactor Forum

Yesterday, I had the privilege of speaking at the Nuclear Energy Institute’s (NEI’s) Advanced Reactor Forum about a solution I’m most passionate about: building the digital solution required to deliver advanced nuclear projects on time, on budget, and with radically higher certainty.

At PowerN, we are developing a next‑generation 4D Digital Twin Construction Platform purpose‑built for the nuclear industry. Our goal is simple and yet ambitious:

Bring world-class construction predictability and execution excellence to advanced reactor deployment.

During the session, I shared how PowerN’s platform integrates 3D models, schedule logic, real-time construction data, and AI-driven risk forecasting to create a living digital representation of the project. This fusion of engineering, planning, and field execution enables owners, EPCs, and suppliers to:
🔹 Visualize construction sequence and schedule impacts before they happen
🔹 Identify deviations early and respond with data-driven decisions
🔹 Reduce rework and schedule risk on complex builds
🔹 Improve transparency and collaboration across the entire supply chain

Advanced reactors will play a critical role in meeting our climate, energy security, and reliability needs. But the industry’s ability to scale depends not just on great reactor designs — it depends on our ability to build them efficiently and repeatability. That’s the gap PowerN is working to close.
Thank you to NEI and all the leaders driving innovation across the sector. Exciting momentum ahead, and we’re honored to contribute to the construction technologies that will help bring advanced nuclear to reality.

If you’re interested in learning more or exploring collaboration, we’d love to connect.
