Giving Back as One Team 🌱 Last weekend, @PowerN’s entire team—leaders and employees alike—came together to volunteer at the Service Raleigh event, supporting a Waste Audit at NC State University’s Waste Reduction & Recycling Facility.

As a team, we rolled up our sleeves to sort, weigh, and analyze waste streams—contributing directly to efforts that help improve recycling, reduce landfill impact, and raise awareness to build sustainable communities. It was hands-on, eye-opening work that reinforced just how important data-driven insights are—not only in energy and technology, but also in building more sustainable communities.

What made the day especially meaningful was seeing our whole organization and their families show up together with a shared purpose. Purpose (P), Ownership (O), Winning (W) together as a team, Excellence (E), and Responsibility (R) are core to who we are at PowerN, and this experience brought those values to life beyond the workplace.
